Pricing Options

This VIP client tour begins on the 30th of October. You should plan to arrive at least 1 day prior to event kick off. Should you need assistance with accommodation bookings outside of tour dates, our Tour Operator will be more than happy to help.

Traveling  by yourself with your own room for the duration of the tour:

Option (Early Bird) 1:

$ 9,940 - paid before 1 March 2023

Option 2:

$ 10,934 - paid after 1 March 2023 & before 31 August 2023

Option 3:

$ 11,431 split into 2 payments 

  • Payment of $ 5,715.50 on confirmation

  • Final payment of $ 5,715.50 by 30 June 2023

Option 4:

$ 12,425 split into 4 payments 

  • $3,106.25 - paid on confirmation

  • $3,106.25 - paid before 30 April 2023

  • $3,106.25 - paid before 30 June 2023

  • $3,106.25 - paid before 15 August 2023
