Terms of Service

By accessing or using lindapaige.com (the “Site”), or any program, product or service offered by LindaPaige LLC or LindaPaige (Pty) Ltd (together, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Which company you are contracting with depends on how you pay, and the invoice you receive names it. Card payments, including tickets to South African events priced in rand, are taken and invoiced by LindaPaige LLC. Payments made by electronic funds transfer to our South African bank account, and any local payment method we add later, are taken and invoiced by LindaPaige (Pty) Ltd, a private company registered in South Africa, registration number 2025/060612/07, of 139 Ducelier Street, Val de Vie Estate, Paarl, Western Cape, 7546, South Africa. Contact: [email protected]. These terms apply to your purchase either way.

No value added tax is charged on any purchase. LindaPaige (Pty) Ltd is not a registered VAT vendor in South Africa, and LindaPaige LLC is a United States company and not a South African VAT vendor, so no VAT is shown on your invoice and there is no input VAT to claim.

• Free content, blog, body-shape guides, the body-shape quiz, lead magnets, the Style Profile.
• Paid programs, digital guides, coaching programs, Dauntless group cohorts and Dauntless 1-on-1 executive coaching. Pricing and deliverables are set out on the page you buy from. For 1-on-1 coaching they are discussed on a strategy call, and a separate engagement agreement governs the relationship once you enroll.

• Provide accurate information when submitting forms or registering for programs.
• Do not use the Site for anything illegal, abusive, or disruptive.
• Do not scrape, mirror, or rehost our content without written permission.
• Do not share access to paid programs with others (one account = one person).

All content on lindapaige.com, writing, curriculum frameworks (4-Pillar Confidence Framework, the 5 Body Shapes, Dauntless, Faith In Fashion), images, videos and program materials, belongs to LindaPaige LLC or is used with permission. You may share short excerpts with proper attribution and a link back. You may not reproduce, resell, or use our content to train AI models without our express written permission.

Linda's content covers style, confidence, faith, food and fitness at a general coaching level. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Consult qualified professionals for decisions in those domains. Results described by past clients are examples, not guarantees.

What you are buying. Coaching with Linda is access to her time, attention and judgment over a defined period. You are paying for the sessions, materials and group access described on the page you bought from, not for a specific outcome, result or income figure. See section 6.

Digital guides. Downloadable materials are delivered immediately on purchase. Where the page you bought from states a money-back guarantee, that guarantee applies. The Style Staples capsule guide carries a 30-day guarantee: reply to your delivery email within 30 days and we refund you. Where no guarantee is stated on the page, downloads are not refundable once your link has been issued.

Never “Nothing To Wear” Again. This program carries a 14-day money-back guarantee. Reply to your delivery email within 14 days of purchase, before your session has taken place, and you receive a full refund. Once your session has taken place the program has commenced and the guarantee no longer applies. A separate satisfaction guarantee continues to apply after that point: if you do not finish more confident and clearer about your style direction, Linda will keep working with you at no extra charge.

Dauntless cohorts and 1-on-1 executive coaching, before the program starts. Seats are capped and are held for you from the moment you enroll, which means they are not offered to anyone else. If you withdraw before the start date, the full amount you have paid is credited toward the next intake at the price you paid. We do not issue cash refunds on enrollment and we do not discount a seat to fill it.

RAW COURAGE and group food programs. RAW COURAGE is a 30 day group program. You are buying a live session with Linda each day on a published schedule, the menu, and the group alongside you. You are not buying a weight, a measurement or a health outcome. It is a food program, not medicine and not medical advice. See section 6, and speak to your own doctor before you change how you eat.

RAW COURAGE, before it starts. If you withdraw before the published start date, the full amount you have paid is credited toward the next run of RAW COURAGE at the price you paid. We do not issue cash refunds on enrollment. If we have not run RAW COURAGE again within twelve months of your purchase, we refund you in full.

Once the program has commenced. There are no refunds. A program commences on its published start date, or at your first session, whichever happens first. Sessions you do not attend do not reduce the fee. Where you are paying by installment, the remaining installments stay due for the full commitment.

Rescheduling and missed sessions. A scheduled 1-on-1 session can be moved with at least 48 hours notice, and each session can be rescheduled once. With less than 48 hours notice, or if you do not attend, that session is treated as delivered. Group program calls, including the daily RAW COURAGE session, run on a published schedule and are not rescheduled around individual availability. Days you do not attend are not refunded and do not extend the program.

What we owe you. Sessions delivered on the published schedule, the materials described on the page you bought from, and Linda's personal attention. If we cancel or postpone a session, we reschedule it at no cost to you. If a program does not run at all, or we cannot deliver the remainder of one, you are refunded in full for the part we have not delivered.

These terms apply to purchases made through this Site. Where the page you bought from states a money-back guarantee, that guarantee applies to that purchase. Where you have signed a separate engagement agreement for 1-on-1 coaching, that agreement governs if the two ever conflict. Questions before you buy? [email protected].

The Site links to third-party services (Gmail, MailerLite, Stripe, booking widgets, social platforms). Their terms and privacy policies apply when you interact with them. We don't control their content or practices.

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly secure at every moment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LindaPaige LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or our programs. Our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable consumer-protection law gives you a better forum.

We may update these Terms as our offerings evolve. Material changes will be posted on the Site. The “last updated” date at the top is the source of truth.
