This site is operated by LindaPaige LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“we”, “us”, “our”). Registered office: Newark, DE 19713, USA. Primary contact: [email protected].

• Contact details you submit voluntarily via our forms: first name, last name, email address, optional phone and country, and any message text you send.
• Quiz answers, when you complete the body-shape quiz, stored alongside your email so we can deliver your personalized blueprint.
• Technical data: IP address, browser user-agent, and request timestamps, collected automatically by our server logs and our analytics (Plausible , see the Cookie Policy).
• Web Vitals, anonymous Core Web Vitals metrics (LCP, INP, CLS) posted from your browser to /api/vitals to help us keep the site fast. No identifying information is attached.

• To deliver the content, email or access you've asked for (lead magnets, quiz results, your Style Profile, reply to a contact-form enquiry).
• To send you occasional, relevant emails from Linda (at most once a week) if you opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To operate the business: analytics (aggregate, not individual), error monitoring (Sentry), and integrity of our forms (bot filtering).
• To comply with law, tax, legal retention, or enforceable requests from authorities.

• We do not sell your data. Ever.
• We do not share it with third parties except the named processors below.
• We do not track you across other websites.

• MailerLite (Lithuania/EU), email marketing platform. Subscriber records, email sequences and broadcast campaigns are managed here.
• Google (Gmail SMTP), delivers the transactional emails we send (welcome, lead-magnet delivery, profile results, BCCs to Linda).
• Stripe (USA), payment processing. Handles checkout sessions and card payments. We do not store card numbers; Stripe holds them under PCI-DSS.
• Cloudflare (USA), content delivery, DNS and edge security. Proxies web traffic; does not access form contents.
• Plausible Analytics, cookie-free, privacy-first website analytics. Only aggregate traffic data; no individual tracking.
• Sentry, error monitoring. Captures stack traces and browser context when errors occur; no form contents.
• Hostinger (Lithuania/EU), our VPS host (infrastructure).

Under GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA (California), POPI Act (South Africa) and similar frameworks, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct it if it's wrong
• Delete it (subject to lawful retention, e.g. tax records)
• Export it in a portable format
• Object to us using it for marketing (unsubscribe)
• Lodge a complaint with your data protection authority

If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to our processing of your personal data.

• Contract — to deliver products or services you have purchased (capsule guide, coaching program).
• Legitimate interest — site operation, analytics (cookie-free Plausible), error monitoring (Sentry), and security.

Cookies and tracking

We use one non-essential tracking technology: the Meta Pixel for advertising measurement. For EU/UK visitors, the Meta Pixel is not loaded until you give explicit consent via our cookie banner. Our analytics (Plausible) are entirely cookie-free and do not require consent.

EU representative

As a small business with limited EU processing, we have not appointed a formal EU representative under Article 27. For all data requests, contact us directly at [email protected].

Supervisory authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. For UK residents, this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) give you additional rights regarding your personal information.

Categories of personal information we collect

• Identifiers — name, email address, IP address.
• Internet or network activity — pages visited, browser type, referring URL (via cookie-free Plausible analytics).
• Commercial information — purchase history and records of products purchased (via Stripe).

Categories shared with third parties

Identifiers (hashed email, hashed name) are shared with Meta via the Meta Pixel and Conversions API for advertising measurement. This may constitute “sharing” under the CCPA. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

How to opt out of data sharing

Click “Cookie Preferences” in the website footer to disable the Meta Pixel, or email [email protected] with the subject line “Do Not Sell/Share.” We do not operate any financial incentive programs tied to the collection of personal information.

• Subscriber records: until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
• Quiz answers / lead captures: 24 months, then pseudonymised.
• Server logs + vitals: 90 days rolling.
• Financial records: 7 years (statutory).

If you are in South Africa, the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (“POPI Act”) applies to our processing of your personal information.

We are based in the United States. Your data may be transferred to and processed in the US and EU. For EU/UK users, these transfers are protected by:

• Google, Stripe, Sentry, Cloudflare, Meta — certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
• MailerLite, Hostinger — based in Lithuania (EU). No cross-border transfer required.
• Plausible Analytics — EU-hosted, cookie-free. No personal data transferred.

This site is for adults, specifically women 45+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted data, email us and we will delete it.
