2. Guide on how to use PAIA
The Information Regulator of South Africa has published a guide on how to exercise your rights under PAIA. This guide is available from:

3. Records available without a request
The following information is freely available on our website without the need for a formal PAIA request:
- Product and service descriptions
- Pricing information
- Privacy policy (lindapaige.com/privacy)
- Cookie policy (lindapaige.com/cookies)
- Terms and conditions (lindapaige.com/terms)
- Contact details
4. Records held by LindaPaige LLC
The following categories of records are held by LindaPaige LLC. Access to these records may be requested in terms of PAIA, subject to the grounds of refusal set out in the Act.
a) Client and subscriber records
- Names and email addresses of subscribers
- Style Profile quiz responses and results
- Purchase history and payment records (via Stripe)
- Email communication history
- Coaching session notes (Dauntless clients only)
b) Financial records
- Invoices and payment records
- Banking details of the private body
- Tax records
c) Operational records
- Website analytics (aggregate, non-identifying)
- Error logs and technical monitoring data
- Internal policies and procedures
5. How to request access to records
For most personal data requests (access to your own data, correction, or deletion), simply email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. You do not need to use the formal PAIA process for routine requests about your own personal information.
For formal PAIA requests, complete the prescribed form (Form C for requests to a private body) available from the Information Regulator's website, and submit it to our Information Officer at the address above.
Your request must include:
- Your full name and contact details
- Sufficient detail to identify the record(s) you are requesting
- The form of access you prefer (e.g. copy, inspection)
- Your reason for requesting access (if applicable)
6. Decision and fees
We will respond to a valid PAIA request within 30 days of receipt.
A request fee of R50 may be charged for a formal PAIA request. An access fee may apply for reproduction costs (photocopying, postage) as prescribed by regulation. No fee is charged for requests relating to your own personal information under the POPI Act.
7. Grounds for refusal
Access to records may be refused on the grounds set out in Chapter 4 of PAIA, including but not limited to:
- Protection of the privacy of a third party (Section 63)
- Protection of commercial information (Section 64)
- Protection of research information (Section 65)
- Records that are privileged from production in legal proceedings (Section 67)
8. Remedies
If your request for access is refused, or you are dissatisfied with our response, you may:
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator at [email protected]
- Apply to a court for appropriate relief
9. Availability of this manual
This manual is available at lindapaige.com/paia and may be requested from the Information Officer by email. A copy is also available for inspection at the offices of the Information Regulator during normal business hours.
