South African born, Texas-based Dr Caroline Leaf is a cognitive neuroscientist with a Ph.D. in Communication Pathology, specialising in Neuropsychology. She has studied the mind-brain connection since the early ‘80s. Dr. Leaf is an author, speaker and has her own weekly TV show.

30 years ago she asked the question “Can the mind change the brain?” and her enquiring mindset her out on a journey that has produced some extraordinary results the world over! Her work has proven not if but how the mind can change the brain, and exactly how we can take our thoughts captive and replace toxic thoughts with strong, healthy thoughts. This has been life-changing for people all over the world, and her ’21 day brain detox’ is a powerful and practical system that demonstrates the power of the mind.

Linda, on Dr. Caroline Leaf:

“I did the ‘21 day brain detox’ in March 2016, and I was absolutely blown away by the power of that programme! We all have a story and we have all been impacted by life’s harsh blows, and these experiences produce harmful and toxic thoughts. “As a man thinketh, so is he”. With this in mind, we live the life we think out. “Whether you think you can or think you can’t, you’re right” said Henry Ford.

The most successful people in the world – from entrepreneurs to Olympic athletes – will tell you that how you think is the most powerful weapon in the world. Your thoughts will create a victim or a victor out of you. Your thoughts will produce grace and gratitude, or bitterness and solitude. So with this proof in front of us, my only regret is that I waited this long to learn from Dr Leaf, because after just 3 weeks under her guidance, my thought life produced some incredible new results! Such was her impact, that I simply had to include her wisdom in our new business, LindaPaige, to share with everyone just how easy it is to change your life, achieve your goals and make the world a better place purely through your thought life!”Science is a tangible way for us to understand spiritual truths
