Honest answers to the questions women always ask

What happens if I miss a session?

Every session is recorded and the replay is in your inbox the same day. You can do the bootcamp fully on replay if your schedule needs it. The live cohort is the most powerful version, but the replays are the same content.

Do I need any equipment, supplements, or special food?

Linda will tell you exactly what you need before day 1, there is no exotic, expensive food. You may choose to use the same superfood supplements as Linda does but that is definitely not a prerequisite.

Is this medical advice or a clinical programme?

No. This is a coaching bootcamp based on what worked for Linda and all the women she has coached. If you have a specific medical condition, we recommend that you connect with your GP before changing your eating lifestyle. Linda is an Executive Coach and Stylist, not a physician. Please understand that your health is your responsibility. She is simply sharing a powerful regime that has changed her life, and that of many others.

What if I am not a Christian?

You are very welcome to attend. Scripture is a big part of Linda’s life and how she manages her body, her business and her family, but you certainly do not need to share the same faith to get powerful results from this event. Linda has coached women from all walks of life, culture and faith. All you need to do is commit to the woman in the mirror, and you will get results.
